What You Need to Know:
-Limited Spots: We have a limited number of shopping slots available during each 2-hour period.
-ONE Reservation Per Household: Each household can reserve ONE time slot only.
-One Shopper: Only one person from your household can shop inside the pantry.
-Arrive Early: Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time so we can stay on track and serve as many guests as possible.
-Cancellations: If you can’t make your scheduled appointment, please let us know in advance.
Pantry Rules: Following these rules ensures everyone gets a fair opportunity to shop:
-Due to the increased number of households we are serving, each household can shop once per month.
-A household is defined by one address. List only those who live in your home.
-Each person can only be listed in one household.
-Points: Each household receives one set of points.
-Documentation: You may need to show proof of address and household members. If documents are missing, you’ll receive the minimum points allowed.
Pantry Hours: Tuesday: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM Thursday: 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
If you have trouble scheduling online, visit us during open hours, and we’ll help you set up your account and provide a food box for the day. Reservations will not be taken over the phone.
