Hope Center Walk With Me Application

At Sunnybrook’s Hope Center we recognize there are times that people need a hand up. In our vision of helping, we see building a relationship as a key factor for change. All our assistance programs work together to build relationship while helping. To qualify for any of our assistance programs you must be actively involved in Walk With Me.
Walk With Me is a mutual collaboration to work towards a common goal. The program is designed to partner with individuals and families who wish to learn, grow and move towards a more sustainable life. Together, we talk about your dreams and life-challenges and work towards using your God-given strengths to help you move towards your life goals and stability.
Once you join, here is what to expect:
1. Meetings will happen face to face monthly and over phone through texts or calls in between.
2. Together we will explore options and help you develop and stick to action steps that help you get to where you want to go!
3. Our partnership will include loving, open and honest discussion designed to bring your desired life change to you and your family.
4. We will explore your relationship with Jesus and how you are engaged in a spiritual community.
